Our company, ZHOUSHAN JASPER TRAVELLING PRODUCTS LIMTED, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. It was founded in the developed area of Shunde ----Zhujiang, Shanjiao district in 1988.  After several years’ development, in 1996, the factory moved to the current location: Xijiao Road, 39, Siji Industry area, Rongui, Shunde District of Foshan City. Also, with the customers’ support, now we have built our own factory buildings in Shanjiao Town, Zhongshan City. The new factory covers a space of 30 mu, including 18000 square meters of workshop and 9000 square meters of canteen. It is scheduled to move to the new factory at the beginning of the year of 2005.

Currently, the factory in Shunde totally covers 6000 square meter areas, including 7000 square meters of factory building. And, the size of dormitory and activity-ground and canteen is about 2500 square meters.  Now, the factory possess about 400 set of sewing machine facilities, mainly including:  JANOME SEWING MACHINE, SEIKO SEWING MACHINE, MITSUBISHI SEWING MACHINE, MITSUBISHI ELECTRONIC SEWING MACHINE, BROTHER ELECTRONIC BAR TACKER, JUKI DOUBLE NEEDLE SEWING MACHINE, TAJIMA EMBROIDERING MACHINE, etc. The factory can normally operate the producing procedure with this complete equipment and can produce every kind of products for the different requirements. Thereby, it strengthens the advantage of competition among those different enterprises. Under those condition, we make our customers satisfied.

The main products that produced in our company are: tent, bag, leather goods, tarpaulin covers, sports gloves, gaiter, ship canvas, sleeping bag, raincoat, storm coat, life-saving padding, cap, tent hardware, plastic accessory, baby bed, goods for mounting, ball sports goods, canoe, etc. Most of the goods are mainly exported to Europe, America, and some Asia area. There are about 500 employees in Jasper now. The everyday producing value has reached 10000pcs – 15000pcs. After using the high-tech computer sewing machine, the producing value and quality has been obviously improved. All this makes the workers in Jasper more positive, and enhances them to do their best. Thus we can delivery the goods on time and could provide our customers products with good quality, which gain lots of favorable comments from our customers. It will extent to 1000-1500 employees in our factory after moving to the new factory in Shanjiao, Zhongshan. The quantity produced everyday will reach to about 20000pcs—40000pcs. There are lots of famous brand products that produced in Jasper, such as NIKE, BLACK DIAMOND, FRANKLIN, CHAMPION, CABELA’S, EUREKA, BIG AGNES, TROXEL,WILSON, THULE, ATEC, DICK’S, etc. mainly exported to Europe. This company has about 20 years experience in developing and making samples. The developed products are exported to Europe. Moreover, we set the sample-developing and sample-making department in Hongkon office. We also have 10 master staffs in developing samples and 35 skillful workers in making samples in Shunde factory. It can at least finish 15pcs of developing-bags every day. The quality of the developed products gains lots of favorable comments from our customers.

This company began business with Nike in 2000. During the 4 years cooperation, Jasper strive to meet every kind of Nike’s requirement, and keep on improving managing system and following every kinds of compliance, etc.  In the respect of CR, Jasper strictly requests itself to do better and better.
